Thank you, it wasn't that my rights were infringed upon, my lease was up. She gave me no reason for not allowing me to stay an extra month and pay an additional fee for that month plus rent. I was in between jobs recently which is why I have found myself short in the money department. It's hard to find a place to live when you don't have anything really to negotiate with...

I am an artist that has found herself in a position to move from my apartment. My landlord isn't a nice lady and has always been very judgmental with me because of the way I look.
